You may return any product within a 30-day period that is unopened and still in as new, re-sellable condition. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. The RMA number must be displayed on the returned package. To receive a RMA number please contact us.
Faulty Products:
Any faulty product can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Any faulty products will be replaced NOT refunded. Only the individual faulty component will be replaced eg. if a single CD in a 16 comprehensive CD set is faulty we will replace only the faulty CD. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. We cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged in the post so we recommend that you ensure your return is insured and requires signature for delivery (eg. Registered Auspost or courier).
Return postage cost is at customers expense unless the return is a result of our error eg. if we shipped you the wrong item.
We will cover the postage cost when returning a product to the customer except for customers outside of Australia / New Zealand.
This return policy does not apply to product purchases by a business or company or for business or commercial use.
